Justification of direct grants

Justification

The justification of activities that have received direct grants from the Institute of Balearic Studies, which must be carried out by means of a supporting account, must be done by submitting the following documentation:

a) Report on the implementation of the activity

b) Financial report justifying the activity

c) Invoices

d) Proof of payment

Submission of documentation

The documentation must be submitted in the following manner:

a) At the CAIB's electronic headquarters, compulsorily for legal entities.
b) At the registry of the IEB or at the registries and offices provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. Only for natural persons.

Deadline for submission

The deadline for submitting the justification is the one established in each of the Resolutions awarding the corresponding direct grant.
